Terms and Conditions

 Please read the information below carefully as it forms an agreement as to how we will work together and outlines obligations regarding confidentiality. At our first session we will set some time aside for us to discuss this agreement and answer any queries that you may have. We will ask you to sign an agreement (informed consent) to show that you understand its contents.

Fees 

Individual (Online or telephone):      $100 

Individual (Walk and Talk) session : $120 

Couples (Online or telephone):        $130 

Couples (Walk and Talk) session:    $150 

Groups (Please contact for information)

Please note: Whilst Medicare rebates are not offered by Nature Counselling, we do offer competitive rates. 

Contact between sessions

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00-5:00pm by appointment. If you require services between sessions, you may contact michele@naturecounselling.com.au and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your appointment we greatly appreciate 24 hours notice to avoid charging  extra fees. 

Duration and notice of termination

In Nature Counselling you are free to choose both short and long-term therapy which we will discuss during our initial session. Together we will review your progress at every fortnightly session.
