Counselling provides a safe confidential space to talk about concerns, emotional distress, or life changes with a qualified professional. It is helpful for managing mental health, improving relationships, and navigating life transtions. 


Yes, counselling is a safe and confidential space. Information is only shared if required by law, or to protect you or others from serious harm. 


No, you do not need a referral. You can self-refer directly by contacting the by telephone or website. However, GP referrals are accepted. 


The first session is an opportunity to meet the counsellor, discuss your reasons for seeking help, and establish a plan for your,concerns. It is also a chance to see if you feel comfortable with the counsellor. 


A variety of services are offered for individual women and groups 


Yes, online and and telephone counselling are available, allowing you to access support from anywhere. 


It is important to feel comfortable. If you do not feel a connection, you have the right to choose another counsellor. 


A counseling session with Nature Counselling typically lasts for 60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.


Individual (Online or telephone) $100 

Individual (Walk and talk) session $120  

Groups (contact Nature Counselling for more details)


Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. This allows the timeslot to be offered to someone else.
