While you are welcome to opt for in office counselling, or Telehealth, you may also like to choose the option of meeting in other settings such as outdoors (weather permitting).

Whatever your situation, We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel listened to, understood and comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. Your counsellor will meet you with empathy, compassion, and non-judgment while taking the time to be present and responsive to your needs.

If outdoor therapy suits your needs, this approach can also shift the interpersonal dynamic in helpful ways. Walking side-by-side rather than sitting face-to-face may also feel less confronting. Or an online session with guided nature activities for practice may be helpful.

When working in group sessions, you will have the opportunity to be with other like minded people. Confidentiality will continue to be upheld through explicit individual and/or group agreements, and vigilant facilitation. Careful planning and ethical diligence ensure that safety, trust, and professional integrity remain central in all sessions.

Perhaps stress is building, relationships feel strained, grief feels heavier than expected, or you simply sense that you are not functioning at your best. You might not have a clear label for what is wrong—or only a recognition that you would benefit from a structured space to think, reflect, and recalibrate. Our counselling offers you dedicated time to focus on your needs, while having someone listen with understanding, without judgement, interruption, or expectation.

There is no single “right” way to grieve. You might want short-term support to stabilise and regain your footing, or you may feel the need for longer-term space to work through deeper impacts. Grief and loss counselling is shaped around your needs—whether that is processing a myriad of emotions, we assist with rebuilding a sense of safety, or assisting with gradually reconnecting with daily life. The focus remains on what you require in this moment, and on supporting you toward steadiness, clarity, and sustainable coping.

Online counselling offers a high level of accessibility and convenience that traditional in-office therapy cannot always provide. You may choose to attend sessions from your home, workplace, or another private space, eliminating travel time, parking challenges, and the associated costs. This is particularly advantageous if you have demanding schedules, mobility limitations, caregiving responsibilities, or are living or working in regional or remote areas where in-person services may be limited.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians across australia and honour Elders past, present, and emerging, recognising their enduring spiritual and cultural connection to the land and waters.
