Our approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment while taking the time to be immersed in nature. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel listened to, understood and comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.

Nature-based sessions can also shift the interpersonal dynamic in helpful ways. Walking side-by-side rather than sitting face-to-face may also feel less confronting.

When working in group sessions,  confidentiality is upheld through explicit individual or group agreements, and vigilant facilitation. Careful planning and ethical diligence ensure that client safety, trust, and professional integrity remain central to the therapeutic process.

You may be thinking about counselling because something no longer feels manageable on your own. Perhaps stress is building, relationships feel strained, grief feels heavier than expected, or you simply sense that you are not functioning at your best. You might not have a clear label for what is wrong—only a recognition that you would benefit from a structured space to think, reflect, and recalibrate. Counselling offers you dedicated time to focus on your needs, without judgement, interruption, or expectation.

We offer a wide range of counselling services, including grief and loss and support in navigating the range of emotions which you may be experiencing. Each session is tailored to your unique needs.

There is no single “right” way to grieve. You might want short-term support to stabilise and regain footing, or you may feel the need for longer-term space to work through deeper impacts. Grief and loss counselling is shaped around your needs—whether that is processing past trauma, loss of a loved one or a beloved pet, we assist with rebuilding a sense of safety, or gradually reconnecting with daily life. The focus remains on what you require in this moment, and on supporting you toward steadiness, clarity, and sustainable coping.

Online counselling offers a high level of accessibility and convenience that traditional in-office therapy cannot always provide. You may choose to attend sessions from your home, workplace, or another private space, eliminating travel time, parking challenges, and associated costs. This is particularly advantageous if you have demanding schedules, mobility limitations, caregiving responsibilities, or are living or working in regional or remote areas where in-person services may be limited.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians across australia and honour Elders past, present, and emerging, recognising their enduring spiritual and cultural connection to the land and waters.
